All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email including your invoice and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options
We partner with trusted courier services including Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and Egypt Post to ensure reliable delivery.
Customers can choose between:

3. Delivery Timeframes

Within Egypt: 2–5 business days
MENA Region: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier capacity, and customs clearance (for international orders).

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, delivery address, and selected courier service.

For orders exceeding a certain value, we may offer free shipping promotions — please check our homepage for current offers.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly via the courier’s official website or through your iTrendy account.

6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
The item is not damaged, altered, or missing parts.
You provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@itrendy.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back to our return center.

7. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Refunds are not applicable to:
Electrical components
Custom-made or special-order parts
Clearance or promotional items

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
