3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within Egypt and 7–14 business days internationally.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Custom or electrical parts are not eligible for return unless defective.
